What OobiMax provides

OobiMax provides software for performance marketing operations: source connection, account discovery, brand mapping, campaign analysis, recommendations, delivery, approval tracking, approved execution, retry recovery, and learning surfaces.

Your authority and responsibilities

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use OobiMax with every workspace, platform, account, brand, destination, and provider you connect.

• connect only accounts you are authorized to access and manage
• keep workspace users, delivery destinations, OAuth grants, and API keys under appropriate control
• review recommendation detail before approving a change
• comply with Google, Meta, Slack, Telegram, advertising, privacy, AI-assisted workflow, and applicable legal requirements

Approval-first execution

OobiMax is not intended to be a blind autopilot. Refresh Intelligence updates OobiMax locally. External delivery happens only when a workspace selects a destination. Platform changes happen only after an authorized operator approves a supported action.

• actionable recommendations expose approve/reject controls only when OobiMax has a supported action path
• review-only recommendations and action plans require human judgment outside one-click execution
• approval means the operator authorizes OobiMax to attempt that action on the mapped account
• failed actions may be retried after the source, token, permission, or validation blocker is fixed

No guaranteed outcomes

Marketing results depend on platform auctions, budgets, bids, creative, tracking, account history, competition, seasonality, website performance, and many other factors outside OobiMax's control. OobiMax does not guarantee revenue, ROAS, CPA, conversion volume, rankings, approval by ad platforms, or any specific business result.

Beta and third-party platforms

OobiMax is in controlled beta. Some features may change, break, be limited, or require manual support. OobiMax also depends on third-party platforms that can change APIs, permissions, policies, rate limits, account access, review processes, or data availability.

Oobi Intelligence and advisory features

OobiMax manages AI advisory provider credentials as part of the service. AI advisory output is supporting analysis, not a substitute for operator review, policy compliance, launch approval, or spend approval.

Acceptable use

You may not use OobiMax to violate platform policies, access accounts without authorization, bypass consent or approval requirements, create deceptive or discriminatory advertising, exploit advertising systems, or perform illegal or harmful actions.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as OobiMax evolves. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
