Refund Policy

OobiMax is currently in controlled beta. Payments are introduced carefully, with clear cancellation and refund handling before broad self-serve launch.

Controlled beta

Most early OobiMax workspaces are invited, comped, or manually approved while the product is being validated with real performance-marketing workflows.

If a paid subscription is enabled for your workspace, the checkout or invoice will show the plan, billing period, renewal terms, and payment processor before payment is completed.

Subscription cancellation

Workspace owners can request cancellation through support. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically remove historical workspace records, audit logs, or connected-platform data needed for service, security, legal, or backup integrity.

  • email the workspace name and owner email to support
  • include whether you want billing cancellation only or a broader data deletion request
  • revoke connected-platform access inside Google, Meta, Slack, Telegram, Canva, or other third-party platforms if you no longer want OobiMax access there

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If OobiMax cannot provide access to the paid service because of an OobiMax-side issue that cannot be resolved in a reasonable time, we will work with the customer to correct the issue, extend service, or issue a fair refund where appropriate.

Fees are generally not refunded for completed billing periods, unused time, customer-side account access issues, third-party platform restrictions, advertising-platform policy decisions, campaign performance outcomes, or costs caused by a customer's own connected providers unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Third-party platforms and marketing results

OobiMax is software for performance-marketing operations. It does not guarantee revenue, ROAS, CPA, conversion volume, ad-platform approval, auction results, or any specific business outcome.
