Data Deletion

OobiMax lets workspace owners request deletion of workspace data and connected-platform records we store.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@oobimax.io from the workspace owner email or an approved admin email.
  2. Include the workspace name, workspace key if you know it, and the connected platforms you want removed.
  3. Tell us whether you want a full workspace deletion or only a specific integration/source removed.

What we delete

When a verified deletion request is approved, we remove the requested OobiMax workspace records and connected-platform data stored by OobiMax.

  • workspace configuration and integration credentials
  • discovered Google, Meta, Slack, or Telegram connection records tied to the workspace
  • stored campaign snapshots, recommendations, delivery settings, and learning records tied to the workspace

What may remain

Some operational records may be retained only when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, billing, or backup integrity.

OobiMax cannot delete data that remains inside Google, Meta, Slack, Telegram, or another external platform. You can revoke OobiMax access inside those platforms at any time.

Timing

We usually confirm valid deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion work within 30 days unless a longer legal or security retention period applies.
